I hear sound but do not see any video.
The media player does not have the latest video codec. Your media player should automatically download this codec from Microsoft's site if you close your media player and then try to play the video again. The codec download is very small.
Other solutions: update your media player available from Microsoft's web site at: Windows Media Downloads

My video was ok, but now it has little or no motion.
Your internet connection probably has changed or fluctuated due to internet traffic and congestion. If the video does not start playing properly within 30 seconds, try stopping/starting the player or try closing the media player and clicking on the video web link again.

My audio is fine, but video has no motion, just still pictures.
Your internet connection is not consistently fast enough to sustain video play. This can also occur if your connection speed fluctuates do to internet traffic and congestion or if you are on a dial-up connection.

I get an error when media player tries to play video.
The most likely reason this occurs is an outdated media player. You should be able to correct this problem by downloading and installing the current version from Microsoft's web site: Windows Media Player Site

Another error can occur if the media player needs to download an updated video compression codec but your security setting will not allow this. To correct this problem, go to your start menu, select settings/control panel. When the control panel appears, select "Internet Options". Adjust your security settings to allow for downloads.

What are the viewing requirements?
Version 7.1+ Windows media player is required.
Version 9 is recommended. Windows Media Player Site
