Rehearsal for fall 2009 ceremony

Date: Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009
Location: Columbus Civic Center, 400 Fourth St.
Guest seating begins: 4-4:30 p.m.
Candidate lineup time: 5:45 p.m.

Ceremony:  6 p.m.

Special needs accommodations

Shuttles for guests who need assistance from parking lots to the Civic Center will run continuously from 4:30-6:15 p.m. for the ceremony. Shuttles will run again beginning 10 minutes after the ceremony.

Bookstore and photos:

• Invitations
  Invitations will be available at the CSU Bookstore (on campus) while supplies last.

• Caps and gowns (required)
  A cap and gown is required for participation in graduation ceremonies. Order your graduation regalia from the CSU bookstore. (on campus)

• CSU gifts
  Items from the CSU Bookstore will be available for purchase before and after the ceremony.

• Photos
  A representative from Graduation Images will take your picture as you cross the stage and make available online within three to seven days a complimentary proof to all students who have registered online with the company by visiting www.gradimages.com and clicking on the Pre-Event Email Registration link to designate Columbus State and enter their contact information. Orders may then be placed online at www.gradimages.com or by calling 800-424-3686.

Diplomas:
Will be mailed to all students who have completed the requirements for a degree about six weeks after the end of the term.

Dress:
Women: Dresses, dark shoes, white collars (issued with cap and gown). Men: Dark pants, dark shoes, no coats, tie optional.

SOS Station:
CSU's Alumni Association will operate an SOS Station to assist graduates who have questions or need items such as hair pins, safety pins, mirrors, etc.
