End Time: 11:30 a.m.

Rehearsal for 3:00 p.m. ceremony (College of Arts and Letters, College of Education, and University College)

Seating: 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Ceremony (3:00 p.m.)

Line-up Site: West Hallway, First Floor
Line-up Time: 2:45 p.m.
Start Time: 3:00 p.m.
End Time: 4:30 p.m.

Guest Seating and Services

Seating will be first-come, first-served and will begin at 8:30 a.m. for the morning ceremony and 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony.

Special Needs Accommodations

Shuttles for guests who need assistance from parking lots to the Lumpkin Center will run continuously from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. for the morning ceremony and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony. Shuttles will run again beginning ten minutes after each ceremony.

Bookstore and photos:

• Invitations
  Invitations are available at the CSU Bookstore (on campus) while supplies last.

• Caps and gowns (required)
  A cap and gown is required for participation in graduation ceremonies. Order your graduation regalia from the CSU bookstore. (on campus)

• CSU gifts
  Items from the CSU Bookstore will be available for purchase before and after the ceremony on the second floor lobby of the Lumpkin Center.

• Photos
  Photograds.com will take your picture as you cross the stage and send a complimentary proof to your home address. Proofs are also available for viewing and purchase online at http://www.photograds.com.

Diplomas:
Will be mailed to all students who have completed the requirements for a degree about six weeks after the end of the term.

Dress:
Women: Dresses, dark shoes, white collars (issued with cap and gown). Men: Dark pants, dark shoes. No coats, tie optional.

SOS Station:
The CSU Young Alumni will provide a SOS Station to assist graduates who have questions or need items such as hair pins, safety pins, mirrors, etc.
